Our Projects Models.

We at Bio-Gas SA have numerous models that we use. We visit our prospective client's site whether this site is a house in a suburban area or a farm in the country side. We then find out what the prospective customer's needs are to bring down their monthly expenses that is putting immense strain on them related to their'e electricity bill and their'e fuel for their vehicles. Usage and cost of both these services are then taken into account to design the right model to relieve the customer of these exorbitant expenses. Bio-Gas has a zero carbon footprint.

Project 1. Sample of House hold.

As can be seen in the drawing on the left that all food that is not consumed and lands up in the garbage bin is contributors to generate Bio- Gas. Even the sewerage system that leaves the house heading for the sewerage plant can be integrated to feed the anaerobic digester. Other materials than can also be used to feed the the digester are vegetable peelings and food that has passed it's date of consumption. Also bio degradable plants that comes from garden trimmings can be utilized. Except for the gas that is produced during the conversion period there is another by product that can safe a lot of money. The  digester also produces some of the best organic fertilizer that is available in the market and can be re fed to the garden or a small scale organic vegetable garden to ensure there is always fresh vegetables, herbs and spices.

Project 2. Sample for Live stock Farmers.

For the commercial farmer there is 2 models that can supplement the farmer's income and also reduce operational cost's. The first model is compiled for the farmer that specializes in live stock farming. Here the farmer who has cattle has a advantage over other live stock farmers. Cows are releasing huge amounts of methane through their'e digestive systems ( Cow manure ). The means to capture and turn the manure into methane is depending on the scale which the farmer's herd is ( The bigger the herd the more methane can be produced). It however doesn't exclude farmers who are not farming with cattle. All other animals has exactly the same way of producing these gasses. I think it's obvious that cows produce much more manure than other live stock. This however doesn't exclude other farmers from not benefiting from exactly the same process.

Project 3. Sample for Maize farm.

The commercial farmer who farms with crops has also huge potential to supplement his/her farming activities by crating ethanol from the crop after it was harvested. The part which normally gets ploughed back into the soil is where the gold sits. if the procedure is followed that crop can be converted to create ethanol. Ethanol is a expensive product to purchase.
